Happy Wheels has just been released, coinciding with the heartbreaking and blasphemous demise of Flash technology. That was a tense moment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope the stress of losing Happy Wheels hasn't kept you from getting a good night's sleep. If you weren’t aware that this game was in development, here’s some exciting news: this is the initial public release. Please bear with us as we work to fix any remaining bugs. While I still favor Flash, I appreciate this version's excellent performance on mobile devices. Currently, there are no on-screen touch controls available, but they will be included in the next update. Thank you for your patience. If you're eager to try it out quickly on your phone, a Bluetooth keyboard works very well. Although I initially mentioned the game runs at 60 frames per second, some of the more challenging levels may run slightly slower at that rate. However, this setting is adjustable, and I may host a version optimized for 60 Hz on a separate page for users with high-end CPUs. The core gameplay and design of Happy Wheels JS aim to faithfully replicate the original experience. The user database, levels, and replays have not changed since the initial release. The only thing that’s ceased to exist is the impending end of the universe. Use the arrow keys to move left and right, and press the space bar to jump.
